I installed an EFI version on a 2005 Chrysler 300c. More than 1415 miles on the clock since the install with very little tuning and no check engine lights. Although your results may vary we averaged 23.5mpg highway loaded with luggage and tools to help out a friend in Indianapolis, IN. Even though we were able to modify a base plate and get it to fit under a stock hood, it needs a scoop or cowl setup for the propper air cleaner clearance and should have a fresh air system.
(Above: 2 Blue lines stock intake, 2 Red lines OCP intake) I lost 12 ftlbs at peak torque at the bottom due to the loss of runner length but if you notice the curve on the OCP intake starts earlier. The throttle response is faster and it is giving you more power under the curve. After that point the OCP intake almost mirrored the factory plastic intake up to 5250rpm where I started to out power it. This test was done with an out of the box OCP intake. I still need to have this intake tuned by a professional for wide open throttle. I tuned it by adjusting the parameters with a hand held tuner and still may not be optimum.
